This weakly attested etymon is provisionally reconstructed, and further review is required before it can be fully established. Perhaps related is #413 PTB *s-li HIPS / BUTTOCKS / ANUS.
The alternation between the apical lateral and nasal is unexplained, but certainly parallelled in the Sino-Tibetan linguistic area (e.g. Southwest Mandarin).
