HPTB*s-mut ‘blow’pp. 99, 364
Notes
This tentatively reconstructed root seems quite independent of the more widespread etymon #503 PTB *k/s-mut BLOW (with mouth). The Ersu forms are assigned to this root by analogy with the homophonous Ersu form maʴ⁵⁵ ‘hair’ < #363 PTB *s/r-mul ⪤ *s-mil ⪤ *s-myal HAIR / FUR / FEATHER.
