Kuki-Chin*ɓuʔ ‘RICE (cooked)’PKC #44
Karenic*ɓɯᴮ' ‘RICE’

Notes

This root has so far only been discovered in Kuki-Chin and Karenic.

While the Chin forms refer to cooked rice, the Karenic forms seem to have a broader reference, referring both to the plant in the field and to cooked rice.
